William Lipps joined OI Analytical in 2004 bringing more that 18 years of experience as a laboratory analyst and manager. Mr. Lipps is currently the Market Specialist for Water Analysis Products and plays a key role in the development of automated chemistry analyzers, as well as development of methodology that are now either ASTM Standards or in the process of becoming ASTM Standards.
William has been a member of ASTM since 1986 and a member of ASTM D19 since 1996. William also serves in Standard Methods and ISO method development Task Groups.
